Flora and Fauna
The Stronafian Community Forest is home to many iconic British species, including red deer, pine martins, buzzards, golden eagles, red squirrels and cuckoos. In the winter and spring, snowdrops, primroses and bluebells jostle for position beneath the trees, whilst the onset of summer sees hawthorn, gorse and heather emerge to embrace the warm sunshine.
